Expired product

Iโ€™m really bummed out because I ordered some eye cream and vitamin C serum for a Christmas gift and they were both expired when I received them. :( Iโ€™ve emailed them twice and about it and havenโ€™t heard anything back, I know itโ€™s the holidays and I know things can get busy and am willing to change my review if someone eventually gets back to me! But Iโ€™m sadly disappointed and hate leaving bad reviews!
