I have tried to find a contact and all of your links do not work. Your survey has been sent 3 time with no success it says error every time. My order was missing a cotton candy. i ordered 2 and it came with one. Your customer service site needs to be upgraded so people can reach you. I love the products but when you mess up on an order people need to be able to contact you. I would appreciate my remaining item being shipped.
